We came together online sharing a common thread of being the bold and crazy ones to take on the challenge of cultivating spaces for women to connect and have been inseparable ever since.
If there is one thing we have seen over the last few years, it's that there is a MAJOR gap for providing REAL community for community builders to connect with one another and share the wins, the struggles and the big visions for creating impact and expansion through the spaces we cultivate. Let's face it, community builders just get each other. We're a special breed.
After seeing the impact a no filter space can create for community builders first hand through our self designed
little Quad Pod (that's a story for another day) we have
made it our mission in 2024 to close that gap for others
and thus - Magic Makers Mastermind was born.
A space to come together both in person and online with community builders just like you.
A space for servant leaders creating magical spaces for other women to check the gatekeeping at the door and truly step into the magic that comes from forming the ULTIMATE community.
This space is VERY near and dear to our hearts and we are being very protective over the integrity within it.

How many spots are there available?
There are 10 total attendee spots available for the Magic Makers Mastermind and it will be co-led by the two of us as facilitators. This is a peer mastermind so there will be no outside speakers. We truly believe that as community builders we have the magic within each and everyone of us to pour into one another in all the best ways!
Is there a payment plan option and what is the refund policy?
We do offer a payment plan option of 3 monthly payments of $2500. Default on your payment plan can result in the forfeiture of your spot in the mastermind.
All purchases are NON REFUNDABLE.
How does the application process work?
As we're SURE you can imagine - curating rooms of well seasoned, established community builders is no small feat! We are very focused on cultivating a well balanced room of women who can provide value to one another in all different aspects of business and community building. With that being said, every application submitted will not be approved. This process, although not easy, is very necessary in order to stay aligned with our vision for this space. Also, a denied application does not necessarily mean a forever no! We will provide specific feedback as to why an app in particular was not approved and will also be running this mastermind 2 rounds per year!
What is the schedule for the Magic Makers virtual calls?
A group kickoff call will be held prior to the retreat on Tuesday September 24th from 12pm-1pm.
Mastermind calls will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm PST starting October 22, 2024 and ending on March 11, 2025.
While consistent attendance and active participation is expected - we do understand life happens. We ask that you do make these calls a priority on your calendar and let us know in advance if you are unable to attend.
Calls will be recorded.
What is the best airport to fly into for the retreat?
Phoenix Sky Harbor is the recommend airport to fly into. The AirBnB is located in Old Town Scottsdale, approximately 6 miles from the airport.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
What additional items are included in the retreat?
In addition to your stay, 3 daily meals, light snacks + sips, activities and retreat swag are in the cost of the mastermind.
You are more than welcome to bring/purchase your own additional snacks or drinks if you have favorites you want to have on hand at the AirBnB.
Room selections are handled on a first come first serve basis as applications are approved. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received by applicants.
